Listing is for a vintage cheerleading uniform consisting of a short sleeve sweater and a pleated skirt. To the best of my knowledge, this uniform dates to the 1970's and is made by the Cheerleader Supply Company in Dallas, Texas. Team colors are maroon accented by cream. Sweater has a cream V design on the front and skirt has cream insets in the pleats.
Sweater is made from 100% orlon acrylic and is hand washable and drip dry. Skirt has a side zip and button, is made from 80% wool and 20% nylon, and is dry clean only.
Sweater measures approximately 19 1/2" from underarm to underarm and 23" from shoulder to hem. Skirt measures approximately 13" from side seam to side seam at waist and 14" from waist to hem.
Uniform is in as found condition at an estate sale and while I did not observe any damage such as holes or tears, it does need a good cleaning.
